NLY Mission Trip/Retreat 2025 Registration

Please review the important details and information in our Mission Trip Printed Packet before registering your student! You can receive that packet from Mia Spickler, our Youth Director.

Registration Details (Due by JUNE 9TH):

There are two online registration forms you will need to fill-out prior to your student attending the mission trip.

Registration is due by June 9th and a $25 deposit is due with registration.

1. First Form: New Life Bible Church Mission Trip Registration : Click Here

2. 2nd Form: Rockford Rescue Mission Registration:

   Please follow the important steps below:

   1. Please go to this registration link for RRM Volunteers: Click Here

   2. Click on “Sign-up” to create your account.

   3. In the form, for “Availability” unless you want your student to do scheduled volunteer hours in the future, click “don’t schedule me”

   4. In the form, for “Church” please put “New Life Bible Church” and for “Group” put “New Life Youth”

   5. We have a scheduled serve time with RRM on June 23rd, so no need to do any more steps after creating an account.

   6. You may receive an automated confirmation email from RRM to set up a time to call them. If so, no need to set up the call or respond. If you have any issues with this please let us know.

To Pay: $125 total, $25 due with registration (You can pay with cash or check written to New Life Bible Church. To pay online, through the Tithe.ly website please visit: https://form.church/giving/NLBC and under "fund" choose “New Life Youth”.)
