How do we meet this mission?

By growing in our:

Strengthening our understanding of who God is, what it means to be a follower of Jesus, and how to share the light of Jesus with those around us, through study of God’s Word is the first step to Growth.
Understanding who God is leads us to see God’s love for His people, which leads us to desire a real and personal relationship with Him. A real and personal relationship with God leads to real and personal relationships with other believers.
Turning our understanding of God and our relationship with God into obedience of Jesus’s commands and application of His Word makes us disciples of Jesus.
Disciples make more disciples. As we grow in our discipleship, we should see a growth in reaching non-believers for Christ, through both corporate and individual outreach.
Growth is evidence of health. If something is healthy, you will see growth.
The ultimate goal of the church is to grow in our faith in God, and to grow the Kingdom of God.
