New Life Pastoral Transition

On Sunday, September 25th, 2022, Pastor Tim Spickler announced that he is resigning as Lead Pastor of New Life Bible Church. Pastor Tim has served New Life for the past 20+ years and has touched and blessed the lives of many people in the surrounding communities through his dedication to sharing the news of Jesus Christ. We are thankful for his ministry and the impact that he has had in the Northern IL area. New Life Bible Church asks that you continue praying for Pastor Tim and his family as they navigate this next season of life. 

With Pastor Tim’s departure, Pastor Justin Spickler will step into the role of Lead Pastor at New Life Bible Church. Pastor Justin is the son of Pastor Tim and Shelly Spickler and is a product of the ministries at New Life Bible Church. Pastor Justin has been leading at New Life as the Youth Pastor and filling the Associate Pastor role before stepping into the Lead Pastor position at NLBC.  New Life Bible Church asks that you also keep Pastor Justin and his wife Mia in your prayers as they step into this new role.

New Life’s mission has always been and will continue to be “bringing Christ to families and families to Christ” and we will move forward with our eyes on Jesus through this transition.
